Six pack is not only the thing that looks great, it is also something which indicates yours health and fitness status. It is very important to take the right steps to achieve six pack. For guys especially, a six pack is a huge turn on for girls! But I have something to let you know first:
Every one of us already has the six pack. It may be hard to believe for some of you, but it is true. The problem is whether it is visible or not. Many of you would try to do hundreds of crunches a day to remove the fat around your tummy, but this is not very helpful. You can do a thousand crunches everyday, but it's not going to spot reduce the layer of fat at your mid section. The only way you are going to remove that layer of fat at your tummy is to reduce your overall body fat percentage.
How to Reduce the Fat Percentage?
The best method is Interval Training. Interval training is very different from constant long distance running. By constantly varying the pace at which you are running, you jump start your heart rate. An example of interval training is as follows:
1. Do one minute of slow jog
2. 30 secs of sprinting
Repeat the above for 10-15 cycles.
Try to do interval trainings in the early morning, when you first wake up. This way, your metabolism will be heightened throughout the day and you will be burning fat throughout.
